Important notice: as of February 2023, new card orders are temporarily unavailable for the residents of the EU. Cards that were previously activated function as usual.

At the moment, Cryptopay card orders are available only to the residents of the UK.

To transfer funds from your Cryptopay card to your Cryptopay account, please click on the card on the Portfolio page to go inside it.

On the card's page, click on Unload button. A Card unload window will appear, please enter the desired unload amount there.

Keep in mind: the card unloading fee is 1%. If the currency of the wallet differs from the currency of your card, we’ll also apply an exchange fee of 1%. Also, make sure you do not exceed your <a href="https://help.cryptopay.me/en/articles/1794760-fees-and-limits-of-the-c-pay-card" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">limits</a>.
