You think that you've lost your card, or it has been stolen. What should you do? Follow this guide if you use our web version. If you prefer apps, these two are for iOS and Android.
1. The first thing you will need to do is to go to the Portfolio page and immediately lock your card to avoid possible fraud or theft. Click on the card and at the page that opened, click Lock. In the pop-up window, click Lock again to block the card. Please don't worry – you will be able to unlock your card any time you want by clicking the Unlock button next to your card's balance.
2. Please check your possessions one more time to make sure the card is really lost.
3. If the card is still missing, please click the Unload button to withdraw funds to your Cryptopay account (the Unload button can be found by clicking on your card's balance).
4. Contact us via chat or email@example.com, so we can close your card. We'll also be happy to help you to issue a new card. The fee, in this case, is 5 EUR/GBP.
Important notice: as of February 2023, new card orders are temporarily unavailable for the residents of the EU. Cards that were previously activated function as usual.
At the moment, Cryptopay card orders are available only to the residents of the UK.
