Important notice: as of February 2023, new card orders are temporarily unavailable for the residents of the EU. Cards that were previously activated function as usual.

At the moment, Cryptopay card orders are available only to the residents of the UK.

If you’ve forgotten your PIN, but need it to complete your purchase, you just need to follow this guide if you're using our web version. Prefer apps? These two guides are for <a href="https://help.cryptopay.me/en/articles/4054361-how-to-retrieve-my-pin-with-the-c-pay-app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Android</a> and <a href="https://help.cryptopay.me/en/articles/4062978-how-to-retrieve-my-pin-via-c-pay-ios-app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">iOS</a>.

1. <a href="https://cryptopay.me/sign-in" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Sign in</a> to your Cryptopay account;

2. Click on your plastic card on the Portfolio page to go inside it;

3. Click Show PIN to reveal your PIN;

4. Your PIN will be shown for 30 seconds and hidden again afterwards, but you may get back to this form anytime you need it later.

NB: To get your PIN, you need to <a href="https://help.cryptopay.me/en/articles/1794771-how-do-i-activate-my-card-and-get-my-pin-code" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">activate</a> your card first.
