If you have ordered a virtual Cryptopay card, it will be activated as soon as your payment is processed and the card appears in your account. So, in this guide, we will be talking about plastic cards.
Your card will arrive in an envelope together with the activation instructions and the code. If you prefer the web version to the paper guide, the following info is for you. Here is how you activate your new and shiny Cryptopay card:
1. At the Portfolio page, select the card and press the Activate button.
2. Enter the activation code that arrived with the card.

3. Congratulations! Your Cryptopay card has just been activated and you can top it up!
After your card has been successfully activated, you will be able to check it or change the code.
