How to top up my Cryptopay card?
We've made loading funds on your Cryptopay card quite easy, but if it doesn't feel like it, check the guide below!

Important notice: as of February 2023, new card orders are temporarily unavailable for the residents of the EU. Cards that were previously activated function as usual.


At the moment, Cryptopay card orders are available only to the residents of the UK.


The Cryptopay card is a prepaid card, which means that before you can use it, you need to top it up.

Currently, there are three ways to do this:

  • From your Cryptopay account;

  • From another card via Visa Direct;

  • Via your Skrill account;

1. Go to the Portfolio page and click on the card that you wish to top up.

2. Select a wallet to top up your card. The loading fee is 1%. Please note that if the currency of the wallet differs from the currency of your card, we'll also apply an exchange fee of 1%.

Remember not to exceed your card load limits!

Please note that loads from another card or from your Skrill account are usually credited to your Cryptopay card in 1-3 days.

NB: Cryptopay card loads are included in the total withdrawal limit of €15,000 monthly, along with cryptocurrency withdrawals and bank withdrawals.
