If you haven't received your email confirmation letter, the two most likely reasons are that either your email client has put the email in your spam folder or you gave us the wrong address when signing up. Here's a little troubleshooting guide to help you pinpoint the problem:
Check your spam folder for an email titled "Welcome to Cryptopay."
If the email isn't in your spam folder, you need to check whether you entered the right address or not. You can do this by trying to make a new account with the email you used to create your current account. If you’ve used this address before, the system will let you know that it’s already been used to create an account, and won't let you make another one. If it does let you create one, then you've entered the wrong email when registering the first time, and you will receive an email confirmation letter for the new account.
If the attempt to create the second account confirms that the first one has the correct email yet you still can't find the confirmation letter for it, then try waiting awhile before checking your email again. Sometimes it just takes some time for the email confirmation letter to arrive.
If the letter hasn't arrived in two hours, contact our customer support via the live-chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
