Your first steps creating an account with Cryptopay for Business

Thank you for your interest in opening a Cryptopay Business account! Our solution allows you to integrate a crypto payment gateway into your processes – and accept crypto payments easily and conveniently.

Creating a sandbox/testing account

If you want to test our solution, please consider opening a sandbox/testing account first – this will allow you to get to know the system, as well as test how certain operations work.

Once you've created it, please get in touch with our support team (via live chat or at b2bsupport@cryptopay.me) to activate it.

Business account opening and verification

Important: before submitting your application, be sure to check the list of supported countries and prohibited businesses to ensure that your company can open a business account with us. Additionally, please check the list of unsupported countries of incorporation.

If you'd like to open a business account with Cryptopay, you can simply leave your application on our website or contact us via live chat or email at b2bsupport@cryptopay.me – please provide the following information about your business:

  1. Legal entity name

  2. Trading name

  3. Country of incorporation

  4. Project detailed description and URL

  5. Cryptopay services which you are interested in

Usually, our Sales team get in touch with you within 1-3 business days.

It's important to note that you'll have to verify the account to be able to use any of our services. This is why, as the next step, we will ask you to provide company documents to verify the account: you'll receive a link to upload the requested documents.

Why is this necessary? As a regulated company, we are required to ask you for your company’s documents due to KYC/AML policies brought upon us by the EU regulations.

Once the company’s documents have passed the verification process, we will ask you to register the account. After that, it'll be activated and ready for use!
