At the moment, we support two types of bank transactions:

Let's see how to start withdrawing funds to your bank account depending on the transfer type.

SEPA bank transfers in EUR

To start withdrawing to a personal bank account within the SEPA zone, you need to link a bank account first.

To link a bank account, go to Settings -> Bank accounts and fill in the details of your bank account.

Please note that you can only link bank accounts in your name. We do not support third-party transfers.

GBP bank transfers with Faster Payments

To "link" a UK bank account to your Cryptopay account for withdrawals, you need to make a bank deposit from your personal bank account first.

In order to do this, please click on the Deposit button next to your GBP account, read through the UK Banking Terms and Conditions and agree with them. After that, your personal virtual bank account details will be created. As soon as we receive a deposit sent from your personal bank account to these details, your bank account will be verified and linked to Cryptopay for withdrawals.

NB! If you link a GBP bank account in the settings, you won't be able to withdraw to it unless you make a bank deposit to Cryptopay.
