Important notice: as of February 2023, new card orders are temporarily unavailable for the residents of the EU. Cards that were previously activated function as usual.
At the moment, Cryptopay card orders are available only to the residents of the UK.
Before you can order both virtual and plastic cards, your account should be fully verified. Once you’re all set, a promo banner will appear at the bottom of the Portfolio page:
So, how to order a virtual Cryptopay card? Here is a step-by-step guide:
Press the Order card button, choose the card type and currency (UK residents can order the card in EUR and GBP, while EEA residents can opt for the EUR card only. We will additionally let you know when the USD cards become available). At the moment, you can get your first virtual Cryptopay card for free!
2. Check and confirm your details.
3. Choose the payment method - you can pay with the funds you already have stored on your Cryptopay account. At this step, you can also provide a promo code (only for the clients who had Cryptopay cards before).
4. Check all the details and click Checkout.
5. Once the order has been processed, your virtual card will be activated automatically.
If you'd like, you can easily upgrade your virtual card to a plastic one!
