All you need is to take the address from one of your crypto accounts and use it as a destination address when sending funds from another wallet. This is a very simple mechanism.

Currently, Cryptopay supports these assets: BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, LINK, SNX, USDT, UNI, AAVE, ALGO, DASH, USDC, DAI, OMG, BAT, MATIC, OXT, ZRX.

If you’re still using our old design:

  1. Go to Accounts;

  2. Scroll to an account of the crypto you want to receive;

  3. Under the current balance of it, you can see the shortened address;

  4. Click on it, and it will get copied to your clipboard!

If you’re using our new design:

  1. Select Deposit → From crypto wallet on the top of the page;

  2. Hit the QR-code badge, to the right of the address;

  3. Click on the address below, and it will get copied to your clipboard!

Tip: The address of the ETH and LINK, SNX, USDC, USDT, UNI, AAVE, DAI, OMG, BAT, MATIC, OXT, ZRX accounts is the same, as we support these tokens through the ERC-20 network.

Important note: Several platforms/wallets (e.g. Binance) can offer you to choose the network by which you want your token/coin to be sent. And to receive funds into your Cryptopay account for BTC you need to choose Bitcoin network, for LTC - Litecoin network, for XRP - Ripple network, for ETH/ERC-20 tokens - Ethereum network and for DASH - Dash network.

NB: Please, always pay attention to the security of your funds. There is a dangerous Trojan virus that switches your BTC address (most likely it works not only with bitcoin), thus changing the receiver of your transaction. So once you copy the address, please check if it’s still the right one, otherwise, your money will reach scammers. Please keep in mind that crypto transactions are irreversible.
