Check if you’re ready to make a purchase:

Your account is verified;
You have an active credit/debit card* issued in your name with the 3D Secure option enabled;
You have enough funds on the balance of your card;

This article is about buying crypto with a card using the web version of our platform. If you use our mobile app, please check the articles for Android or iOS devices.

To start, go to the Portfolio page (which you see as soon as you log in to your account).

Then you need to click on the Buy button inside the crypto account that you'd like to top up:

The purchase process:

Once on the purchase page, enter the amount you'd like to buy the desired crypto for, click on Preview and Confirm the transaction.

On the right, you'll see the amount of crypto you are going to get. The processing fee will be displayed in the Details section of the page.
The fee of 4% is applied to each purchase.

The minimum deposit amount is 10 EUR/USD/GBP.

You can also choose to pay in GBP, EUR, USD, RUB, ZAR, RON, CHF, SEK, HUF, DKK, PLN or CZK in order to avoid unnecessary conversion fees. If you use a card in another currency, funds will be converted automatically using the applicable rate of your bank.
2. If you don’t have a linked card, click Add card on the left and fill out the card's details.

NB: we don't keep your card details. They are tokenized in the encrypted form so that we can process your further transactions with this card.

Please note: if you link a card that is not in your name to your account, our Payments team might request additional documents from you and the cardholder. For more details, please contact our Support Team at support@cryptopay.me.

3. If you already have a linked card, you will see its details on the left.

After confirming the purchase, you will be redirected to your bank's 3D Secure page.

4. Enter the 3D Secure code, and you'll be redirected back to Cryptopay.

Once the transaction is successfully processed, you will see a pop-up with results and transaction details. All is done! The funds will be automatically credited to your corresponding Cryptopay wallet, and you will be able to see this transaction in the history of this account.

Important: You can have up to three cards linked to your account simultaneously. In case you already have a linked card and want to add a new one, simply click on the card showing on the left and in the menu that opens on click choose + Add a new card:

After that, you'll be able to switch between the cards in the same menu before you make a purchase.

If you wish to unlink one of your cards, simply click the Unlink button next to it.

* We can accept VISA, VISA Delta, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, and VISA Electron.

NB: Our payment processor doesn't accept any cards issued in Jordan, Belarus, Norway, Philippines, Cayman Islands, Russian Federation, Trinidad and Tobago. If you are a resident of one of these countries, you still can use cards issued in other jurisdictions and the bank transfers feature. Sorry for the inconvenience!
