Full verification of your account is necessary for you to be able to use any of our services. You won't be able to make any transactions until the verification is complete.
We recommend you use our app for that. You can download it from App Store or Google Play, or simply scan the QR code on the web verification page.
This process consists of two steps:
Important: The process itself and the order of the following stages might look slightly different depending on your country of residence, as well as the device you're using.
Identity verification (Proof of Identity document + selfie)
Enter your email address and tap Submit;
Enter the 4-digit code you'll get in a confirmation email sent to your inbox;
Select your citizenship and the type of the ID document you'd like to use (the options might vary depending on the selected country);
Take or upload a picture of your ID document.
Check the requirements and take a selfie.
If something's wrong, you'll see the reason for the decline – you'll also be able to try again.
Once the photos have been verified, you'll see a green tick. Tap Proceed.
Address verification (Proof of Address document)
Select your country of residence;
Upload your Proof of Address document, choosing one of the given options (these might vary depending on the selected country).
If something's wrong, you'll see the reason for the decline. You'll then be able to make another upload.
Once the document has been verified, you'll see a green tick. Tap Proceed.
To upload a PDF file, you need to select the type of document you want to submit and click the Upload document button to upload one from your device's memory:
