How to get reports in your Cryptopay business account

Access transaction and balance reports with Cryptopay for Business

With Cryptopay for Business, you can easily receive data on transaction history and account balances by creating and downloading transaction reports and audit reports to your business account.

To get a transaction report:

  • Go to the Reports section

  • In the Transaction reports tab, choose the type of transactions (like All, Invoice, Channel payment, etc.)

  • Choose a Period (From - To)

  • Click the Create report button

In the field below, you’ll see the report in the processing status. In a few minutes, it will be ready in the CSV format, you can reload the page and download it by clicking the DOWNLOAD .CSV button. Furthermore, at the same time, you’ll get an email with a link to download the report to your business account.

To get an audit report:

  • Go to the Reports section

  • Go to the Audit reports tab

  • Chose the report type (like Balances or Transaction volumes and fees)

  • Specify a date

  • Click the Create report button

In the field below, you’ll see the report in the processing status. In a few minutes, it will be ready in CSV format, you can reload the page and download it by clicking the DOWNLOAD .PDF button.

Please note:

  • Balance report contains the list of balances for all currencies of all projects at the end of the specified date (UTC): e.g. if you select 31 December 2022, you will see the balances for 31.12.2022 23:59:59 UTC

  • Transaction volumes and fees report contains information about volumes of all types of transactions and the commissions paid for these transactions for all company's projects for the specified period
