Please note that in this guide, we explain how to send funds from your Cryptopay business account as a cryptocurrency transfer to an external wallet. If you want to withdraw to your business bank account, refer to this article.

In order to send cryptocurrency to an external wallet from your business account, you need to follow a few simple steps:

  1. Go to the Accounts section.

  2. Click the Send button next to the account you want to withdraw your funds from.

  3. If you’d like to withdraw from your fiat account, you should also select the cryptocurrency of the receiving account (e.g. when you’d like to make a withdrawal from your EUR account to a BTC wallet).

  4. Select the network which will be used for the transfer.

  5. Enter the recipient’s wallet address and transaction amount.

  6. If you want, you can also add a description of the transfer.

  7. Check the network fee, as well as the amount to be debited and received*.

  8. Click the Withdraw button to complete the transaction.

Simple as that!

NB: Whenever you withdraw funds from a fiat account to a crypto wallet, the exchange from fiat to crypto will take place automatically and the exchange fee will be charged.

*It’s possible to set up withdrawal in such a way that you can either:

  • Send the exact specified amount to the sender with the fees charged on top of it

  • Debit the fees from the transaction amount

Please refer to our API documentation for more info about configuring this.
