This guide explains how to send cryptocurrency from your Cryptopay business account to an external wallet. If you'd like to withdraw funds to your business bank account, you can refer to this article.
Before initiating a withdrawal, make sure that the cryptocurrency and network you plan to use are supported. You can find the full list in our Supported currencies and networks article.
Steps to withdraw funds:
Go to the Accounts section.
Click the Send button next to the account you want to withdraw your funds from.
If you’d like to withdraw from your fiat account, you should also select the cryptocurrency of the receiving account (e.g. when you’d like to make a withdrawal from your EUR account to a BTC wallet).
Select the network which will be used for the transfer.
Enter the recipient’s wallet address and transaction amount.
If you want, you can also add a description of the transfer.
Check the network fee, as well as the amount to be debited and received*.
Click the Withdraw button to complete the transaction.
Simple as that!
NB: Whenever you withdraw funds from a fiat account to a crypto wallet, the exchange from fiat to crypto will take place automatically and the exchange fee will be charged.
*It’s possible to set up withdrawal in such a way that you can either:
Send the exact specified amount to the sender with the fees charged on top of it
Debit the fees from the transaction amount
Please refer to our API documentation for more info about automating your withdrawals.
