A channel is a static cryptocurrency address that may be assigned to each one of your customers. Any amount sent to this address will be automatically converted to the desired currency and credited to your account.
Note: Before creating a channel, ensure the cryptocurrency and network you plan to use are supported. For a full list, see Supported currencies and networks.
Steps to create a channel
Go to the Channels tab
Click on the Create channel button
Fill all the necessary gaps (Name, Coin, Network, Receiving currency) and Unique ID (optional)
Click on the Confirm button
After that, you’ll see the notification window containing the link to the created channel and its payment details (such as the address, the network and the currency). You can copy the link and the address. To close the window, click on the Okay button.
Hereafter, you’ll see the newly created channel in the Channels tab along with your other channels.
