Is it possible to link your Cryptopay card to PayPal?
Yes, you can link both: a plastic and a virtual card to your PayPal account. To do so, go to your PayPal account, press “Add a card” and fill the necessary information.
Once you have added the card, you will be asked to confirm it. Make sure you have some balance on the card beforehand since PayPal will automatically charge a certain amount from your card as a test transaction. The amount will be subsequently refunded back to your card.
Once your card is confirmed, PayPal will send you a 4-digit code which will display on your card statement. Your code will look like this: PayPal*1234 CODE or PP*1234 CODE.
- The billing address on your card must match the billing address in your PayPal account.
- The card can only be linked to one PayPal account at a time.

Can I pay with my Cryptopay card through PayPal?
Yes, once you’ve linked the card to PayPal, you can use it with vendors who process payments through the PayPal system.
Can I load my Cryptopay card from my PayPal account?
Yes, that is possible, but note, this option is available for verified users only. The loading fee is 1.99%, also, keep in mind that the transaction might take up to several days to be credited.
Please, note: If you attempt to load your Cryptopay card from PayPal account while being unverified, the card will be blocked by the card issuer.
Can I unload my Cryptopay card to my Paypal account?
Yes, you can unload your card to your personal PayPal account. Please bear in mind, this will NOT work if you send funds to another person’s PayPal account. Please visit PayPal Helpdesk to know more.
Note: using your PayPal account with your Cryptopay prepaid Visa card is NOT the same as using PayPal account with your Cryptopay wallet. It is impossible to deposit and withdraw directly from your PayPal account to your Cryptopay wallet.
