How to send funds to an external wallet
With Cryptopay you can send funds from each of your accounts in an instant!
To do so, click "Withdraw" next to the account you wish to send funds from:
In the pop-up window select "External crypto wallet" and chose the account you wish to withdraw funds from. Please note that withdrawing from a cryptocurrency account is possible only to the address of the same protocol, namely: sending Bitcoin is possible only to a Bitcoin address, Litecoin to a Litecoin address, Ether to an Ethereum address and XRP to a Ripple address.
To send from Bitcoin account, just insert the Bitcoin address of the receiver, the sum and press "Withdraw":

Please note: the minimum amount to send is 0.001 BTC, the miner fee is 0.0001 BTC.
To withdraw from a Litecoin account, insert the Litecoin address of the receiver, the sum and proceed as above:
Please note: the minimum amount to send is 0.001 LTC, the miner fee is 0.01 LTC.
Important: If you come across the situation when the LTC address of the receiver is marked outdated and the system offers to convert it to a new format to proceed, please visit this guide for more information.
If you are sending XRP, make sure you insert the XRP address, the sum, and the correct destination tag. To learn more about sending XRP and a destination tag, please visit this guide.
Please note: the minimum amount to send is 0.001 XRP, the miner fee is 0.00001 XRP.
Important: XRP transactions without a destination tag will not be executed.
To withdraw from an Ethereum account, insert the ETH address of the receiver, the sum and press Withdraw:

Please keep in mind that Ether will be sent from the contract address. Make sure that your external ETH wallet supports deposits from the contract addresses!
The miner fee for such type of withdrawals is 0.001 ETH.
Sending from a fiat account (EUR, GBP or USD) is possible to Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum or XRP address, the funds will be automatically converted to the corresponding currency using the current Cryptopay exchange rate, that can be found here. You will also face a 1% conversion fee in this case.
