New Device Confirmation email doesn't work!

If you haven’t received your New Device Confirmation email please do the following:

  1. Check your Spam box/Junk mail.
  2. Try clearing your cache. 

If you have received your New Device Confirmation email, but the button doesn’t work or you’re redirected to the same page please do the following:

  1. Make sure you opened the last confirmation letter you have received.
  2. Try clearing your cache. 
  3. Try using a different browser and send your device confirmation letter one more time by clicking "resend confirmation email"
  4. Make sure that the link opened a window in the same browser you’re going to work with. 
  5. If you’re redirected to the same page after you’ve pressed “Confirm New Device” button please try refreshing the page.

If nothing mentioned above has solved your problem please feel free to contact our support team and report on the issue.
