We offer two options for Cryptopay plastic card delivery: Standard and Express.

With standard delivery, the card is sent to you with Royal Mail like a usual letter in an envelope without any tracking information.  The card is delivered to the local post services, and from this point, the speed of the delivery depends on local processing centres and local postmen.

Standard delivery is available for all EEA (European Economic Area) countries and the UK.

Standard shipping of your Cryptopay prepaid card is free and typically takes up to 1-2 weeks to deliver.

You can also select DHL express shipping for 15 EUR/GBP. The shipping time for the card will depend on the country you live in (it may take 1-7 days). You can check it by following the link.

Express delivery is available worldwide for the countries indicated in the DHL list, except for some countries.
