At the moment, Cryptopay card orders are available only to the residents of the UK.
To transfer funds from your Cryptopay card to your Cryptopay account:
Go to the Cards tab;
Select the card and tap on the Unload button;
Choose the account where you want to transfer your funds;
Enter the desired amount;
Tap on the Unload button and confirm the transaction if everything is correct.
And that's it – the amount is back on your Cryptopay account.
Keep in mind: the card unloading fee is 1%. If the currency of the wallet differs from the currency of your card, we’ll also apply an exchange fee of 1%.
Also, make sure you do not exceed your limits.
