At the moment we support two types of bank transfers:

  • SEPA bank transfers in EUR;

  • Bank transfers with Faster Payments in GBP in the UK.

In this article, we explain how you can withdraw funds to your bank account depending on the type of transfer you want to use.

SEPA bank transfers in EUR

To withdraw funds to a SEPA bank account, you need to link your bank account to your Cryptopay account first. To do this, please go to ProfileBank accounts. Then enter your bank account details and click the Add account button.

NB: You can use only your personal bank account. We don’t support transfers to/from third-parties accounts.

Bank transfers with Faster Payments

In compliance with the Financial Promotion Act which came into force on 8 October 2023, some account functionality is temporarily limited for Cryptopay customers with verified UK residency.

Because of the mentioned regulations, we have to link a bank account manually. For that, we will need you to send a bank statement (Original PDF) no older than 3 months to support@cryptopay.me.

If you would like to use a joint bank account, please contact us via live chat or at support@cryptopay.me — we will be happy to help you to verify such an account.
