At the moment we support two types of bank transfers:
SEPA bank transfers in EUR;
Bank transfers with Faster Payments in GBP in the UK.
In this article, we explain how you can withdraw funds to your bank account depending on the type of transfer you want to use.
SEPA bank transfers in EUR
To withdraw funds to a SEPA bank account, you need to link your bank account to your Cryptopay account first. To do this, please go to Profile → Bank accounts. Then enter your bank account details and click the Add account button.
NB: You can use only your personal bank account. We don’t support transfers to/from third-parties accounts.
Bank transfers with Faster Payments
To link a UK bank account, you need to make a deposit from your personal account to your Cryptopay account first.
To do this, please click on your GBP account balance, then copy the account details you can see on the right side of the screen and use them for making a transfer from your bank (or online banking). Once the deposit is credited to your Cryptopay account, the bank account will be verified and linked, so you will be able to use it for withdrawals.
NB: If you simply link a UK bank account in Profile section, you will not be able to withdraw funds to it until you make a bank deposit to Cryptopay.
