What happened?

We regret to inform you that our partner, UAB PayrNet had their EMI licence revoked by the Bank of Lithuania with immediate effect. As a result, UAB Payrnet is no longer able to carry out any payment services for us, and operations on Cryptopay EUR cards are no longer available for Cryptopay clients in EEA.

Please rest assured that this issue in no way affects your Cryptopay account and other services, which shall continue business as usual.

What do I need to do?

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to unload your card balance onto your Cryptopay account at this stage, yet your funds are safe and stored by UAB PayrNet in properly designated accounts at credit institutions.

Your card balance will be returned directly by UAB PayrNet. We have not yet received detailed instructions on the process from PayrNet, but once we do, we'll share them with you, by all means.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience! Rest assured, we won't leave you alone in this situation, you can count on Cryptopay support at every step of the process.

What's next?

Our teams are working around the clock on a new card programme that is expected to launch in just a few months.

We will be happy to issue you a new Cryptopay EUR card for free.
