You can deposit EUR to your Cryptopay business account from a business bank account within the SEPA zone. To make a bank deposit, follow these steps:
1. Go to Accounts → Fiat on the left side of the screen and select your Euro account.
2. Click Bank deposit.
3. Read the deposit terms, provide your consent, and click Show deposit details.
4. You will then see the banking details to use as the recipient when making your deposit.
Please note that if this is your first bank deposit, you will need to contact our support team. We will add the deposit bank details to your account upon request.
You can only deposit funds from the bank account held in your verified company’s name. Usually, bank deposits take 1-2 business day to be processed.
