To make the use of your corporate account with Cryptopay more convenient, we’ve added an option to view the details of every invoice, channel payment, or coin withdrawal ever created in your system.
To find a particular transaction in your business account, you will need to log in and go to the “Transaction history” section (on the left):
Copy the destination wallet address associated with the payment or the transaction ID (TXID) your customer provided you with and paste them in the field on the top of the page:
You will see the invoice, channel payment or coin withdrawal associated with the above-mentioned address or the TXID. Click on the transaction to check its details (e.g. its actual status and amount paid).
