Go to Cryptopay

There are two main ways to withdraw coins from your Cryptopay account using our iOS app: from the Transfers tab and from each coin's account directly.

The first one goes as follows:

  1. Go to the Transfers (🔁 icon) tab;

  2. Select the Send option from the Crypto section;

  3. Choose the coin you wish to withdraw;

  4. Add the recipient’s address. You can ask them to copy and send it to you, or you can use our in-app QR-code scanner;

  5. Also, you can give a name to this address to save it in the address book. More information could be found here;

  6. Enter the amount you wish to send. Please pay attention that the miner fee will be deducted from the amount you are going to send;

  7. Double-check all the details and confirm if everything's correct.

That's it! Fast and simple, safe and sound!

The second option (a.k.a. The Alternative One) is to withdraw crypto directly from each coin's account by tapping Send there:

You can always check on the details of your transaction in the corresponding account.
