With the Cryptopay app, you can withdraw funds to your personal SEPA bank account in Euro. To do it, you need to:

  1. Go to Transfers (🔁 icon);

  2. Select Bank withdrawals;

  3. Choose the account you’d like to withdraw funds from and the bank account you wish to withdraw to.

  4. Enter an amount you want to withdraw;

  5. Confirm the withdrawal.

If you haven’t linked a bank account yet, or need to add a new one, you need to:

  1. Tap on Add account;

  2. Enter your bank details;

  3. Tap on Save.

Please note that you can’t withdraw funds to any third-party or business bank accounts.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 EUR and the withdrawal fee is 0.09 EUR.

The total withdrawal limit is 15,000 EUR monthly. Cryptocurrency and bank withdrawals, as well as Cryptopay card loads are all included in this limit. The total withdrawal limit can be increased if you complete an additional verification designed for that specific purpose. You’d need to fill in the Source of Funds declaration, then, once we verify it, proceed with video verification. After that, we will raise the limits according to the provided information. To apply for the Source of Funds form and get additional details about the limits increase procedure, contact our support team via the live chat or at support@cryptopay.me.

NB: If you are withdrawing funds that are not in EUR, they will be converted to EUR using the current Cryptopay rate, and a 1% fee will apply. If you withdraw to a non-SEPA bank account (e.g. HUF or CZK), the funds will be converted with your bank’s exchange rate.

If you plan to make transfers using a joint bank account (or just have any questions), please, contact us via chat or support@cryptopay.me.
