Orchid is a cryptocurrency-powered virtual private network (VPN) that allows users to purchase bandwidth from any participating provider by paying with OXT – its native token. Since it doesn’t rely on any centralised server, Orchid avoids risks associated with a particular country’s infrastructure and provides you with private and secure internet access whenever you need it.

Orchid doesn’t operate as a subscription. Instead, it uses nanopayments, which allows you to cheaply and quickly connect to a VPN at any moment. Anyone who wishes to become a bandwidth provider will first need to stake OXT, with the more OXT staked, the greater their chances of reward in the network.

NB: For OXT transfers, Cryptopay supports ERC-20 network only. All the funds sent via other networks (e.g. BEP-20 etc.) will be lost forever.

In compliance with the Financial Promotion Act which came into force on 8 October, 2023, at 8 AM UTC, some account functionality is temporarily limited for the Cryptopay customers with verified UK residency.
