So, you have created your new and shiny Cryptopay account, and now you wonder what to do next. And of course, you might want to top it up with some money.

There are lots of ways you can deposit your funds to Cryptopay. Here they are:

If you need to buy one of the supported cryptocurrencies here and now, this option is exactly for you.

Some currencies we support are not withdrawable, you need to exchange them for other supported currencies if you'd to make a withdrawal.

Main features:

  • Almost instant

  • Cost 4%

Available to clients who have a card issued in one of the eligible countries (except for the starred ones).

Have some time to think before buying crypto, and at the same time, you’d like to save up some money? Then you’ll find that feature quite useful.

  • Take 1-2 business days to be processed*;

  • Free of charge;

Available to clients who have a personal SEPA zone bank account.

*if your bank supports Real-Time Transfers / Instant Payments, then your deposit will be processed in less than an hour

GBP Bank transfers (Faster Payments)

They are both fast and cheap. Just like the Euro deposits, they are free, but they take a mere couple of hours to be processed, thanks to the Faster Payments Scheme.

  • Only a couple of hours to be processed;

  • Free of charge.

Available to clients who have a UK Faster Payments enrolled bank account.

Of course, you can also receive deposits from almost any other wallets in supported currencies.

  • No fees on our side;

  • Usually takes a few hours* for BTC, and less than an hour for ETH, SNX, LINK, LTC, and XRP.

*Please note that the BTC, LTC, and ETH transaction speed depends on the miner fee used by the sender. A small miner fee means it would take much more time for the transaction to be processed.

Card unloads

If you have any funds on your Cryptopay debit card, you can easily transfer them to your Cryptopay account in mere seconds.

  • Instant;

  • 1% fee.

They are available to any customers who have an active Cryptopay card.

At the moment, Cryptopay card orders are available only to the residents of the UK.

In compliance with the Financial Promotion Act which came into force on 8 October, 2023, at 8 AM UTC, some account functionality is temporarily limited for the Cryptopay customers with verified UK residency.
