EU residents can now preorder the Cryptopay debit card. The official launch is coming soon, and by preordering, you’ll unlock exclusive perks.
Remember your account has to be fully verified if you wish to order a Cryptopay card.
As soon as you’re all set, you will be able to order a card using the iOS app.
There are two ways to get a plastic Cryptopay card:
Get a virtual card and upgrade it to a plastic one later if you'd like that;
Order a plastic card straight away.

In case you have decided to go all the way and order a plastic card, here is a step-by-step guide:
Go to the Cards tab.
Swipe to the left and tap Order plastic card or tap + or Start if you already have another card ordered.
Choose the desired card type, and its currency and tap Continue.
Select the shipping method and change the delivery address if needed. Please note that the standard delivery takes up to 1–2 weeks. To reduce the delivery time, you can choose the express option. Express delivery is available worldwide for the countries indicated in the DHL list, except for some countries. If you would like to arrange delivery outside the EEA and the UK, please contact our support team.
Check and confirm the details of the order and choose the Cryptopay account you'd like to use for the payment. At this step, you can also provide a promo code.
Accept the Visa terms and Cryptopay user agreement and press Continue.
Tap Order card – and that’s it!
Bonus: While you wait for your plastic Cryptopay to be delivered to you, we will provide you with a temporary virtual card. You can use it to pay for goods and services online.
It will become inactive once you receive and activate your plastic card.
