Once you add your ETH account, you can <a href="https://help.cryptopay.me/en/collections/1979604-buy-cryptocurrency" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">buy</a>, send (<a href="https://help.cryptopay.me/en/articles/4100765-send-crypto-in-cryptopay-ios-app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">iOS</a>, <a href="https://help.cryptopay.me/en/articles/3415136-send-crypto-in-cryptopay-android-app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Android</a>) and exchange (<a href="https://help.cryptopay.me/en/articles/3415158-exchange-funds-in-cryptopay-ios-app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">iOS</a>, <a href="https://help.cryptopay.me/en/articles/3415152-exchange-funds-in-cryptopay-android-app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Android</a>) your ethers straight away. But if you wish to deposit ETH from an external wallet (here are the guides <a href="https://help.cryptopay.me/en/articles/5344681-how-to-deposit-crypto-in-cryptopay-ios-app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">for iOS</a> and <a href="https://help.cryptopay.me/en/articles/5344685-how-to-deposit-crypto-in-cryptopay-android-app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">for Android</a>), you will need an ETH address to proceed. Here's a quick guide on how to create an address for your ETH account:

Log into your Cryptopay account, in the Portfolio tab, choose your Ethereum account and click on it.

On the opened page, click the Create the address button:

Done! Now you have an ETH address. You can copy it or scan the QR code in order to deposit some ETH.
