Once your account is verified, you will be able to deposit funds from your personal SEPA bank account to your Cryptopay Euro account.
To make a deposit, you need to know your banking details, and to get them, please:
Go to Transfers (🔁 icon) tab;
Select Deposit in the Bank section;
Choose your Euro account;
You’ll see your bank details there. Use them to send the funds from your bank account.

Important:
If your IBAN starts with DE, you need to include your reference code. All the deposits without it will be sent back.
But if your IBAN starts with GB, it means it’s unique, and you don’t have to use any reference at all. Still, you may include your IBAN as a reference, if you’d like.
To avoid any issues, please only use a SEPA payment method for your deposits.
The SEPA deposits are free and are usually credited to your Cryptopay account in 1-2 business days**. The minimum deposit amount is €10.
If you have any issues with your deposit, please check that guide.
NB: We can’t accept deposits from any third-party or business bank accounts. The bank account you use with Cryptopay has to be opened in your name only.
If you plan to make transfers using a joint bank account, or you just have questions, please, contact us via chat or support@cryptopay.me.
**if your bank supports Real-Time Transfers/Instant Payments, then the deposit will be processed in less than an hour.
