EUR bank deposits in Cryptopay iOS App

Bank transfers have never been this easy! With our app, you can deposit Euro from your bank account wherever you are.

Once your account is verified, you will be able to deposit funds from your personal SEPA bank account to your Cryptopay Euro account.

To make a deposit, you need to know your bank details. There are two ways of getting them:

1st variant (the fastest):

  1. Select your Euro account in the Portfolio tab;

  2. Tap the ➕Top up button;

  3. You’ll see your bank details there. Use them to send the funds from your bank account.

2nd variant:

  1. Go to the Transfers🔁 tab;

  2. Select Deposit in the Bank section;

  3. Choose your Euro account;

  4. You’ll see your bank details there. Use them to send the funds from your bank account.

Important notes:

  • To avoid any issues, please only use a SEPA (or SEPA Instant) payment method for your EUR deposits.

  • EUR deposits via SEPA are free of charge (on our side), no fees apply.

  • EUR deposits are usually credited to your Cryptopay account in 1-2 business days. If your bank supports Real-Time Transfers/Instant Payments (SEPA Instant), and you use this method, the deposit will be processed in less than an hour.

  • Deposits must be sent from a personal bank account that is held in your name. Third-party deposits cannot be accepted and thus will not be processed. To make a deposit from a business bank account, you must first open a Cryptopay Corporate Account.

  • Bank details required for deposits may be subject to change from time to time, so please double-check that all information is up-to-date before making deposits to ensure that your funds are processed in a timely manner.

  • As soon as your deposit has been processed, you will be notified via email.

  • If you plan to make transfers using a joint bank account, please, contact us via chat or support@cryptopay.me, and we will let you know if you can use it for bank transfers.

  • All bank deposits from Wise are automatically put on hold. To credit a Wise transfer to your account, contact our support team via live chat or email support@cryptopay.me.

After your deposit is credited, you can exchange it for any of the supported cryptocurrencies – in other words, you can buy crypto using the funds transferred from your bank account.
